- Each handphone number that is used to register on this form is entitled to 1 ticket only.
- Minimum 18 years old. Other club rules by Zouk applies.
- Registrants are strongly encouraged to come dressed in pink.
- Limited tickets only. Successful registrants will receive a confirmation email for redemption of entry tickets on site at Zouk KL on 14 May 2011 from 7pm onwards.
- Confirmation email must be printed and shown to redeem tickets.
- Parking charges are not inclusive.
- All information collected are kept strictly confidential.
